Spreading truth Geoff, being a Christian myself who has had awakening through tough life challenges. I wish the church didn't shun what speak of here- which the church call the new age, because you discuss what they refer to multi theistic beliefs..which is a sin in Christianity. Although love is love isn't it, not to be bogged down by dogma but seek the truth in our quests for being washed in the blood of suffering. Keep going Geoff spread the good word brother. Stuart x

I'm not sure if you address questions on here as well as the other scoial media platforms. But, my question would be... Do you still possess that dark side and violent rage if the situation required you to access that part of you? I ask because I know now you live a VERY different lifestyle and meditate a lot. I wondered if the path you're on now has almost made you delete that side of yourself? I ask also, because I used to have a bad temper. But, it sometimes rears its ugly head. Although VERY rare these days!

not sure if he answers from youtube much, but I've read a couple of his books including his biography Notes from a Factory Floor (good read) so I'll give it a go: He still likes martial arts, but he hasn't practiced the physical aspects on a regular basis in several years now (I think over a decade). He has said in some of his older martial arts DVDs - hitting a bag is a great way to get excess energy out (and can be a great workout).. Definitely helps me! I think he mentioned he still has a go at the bag sometimes in one of his more recent interviews. So yea, he does still get angry like anyone does (maybe even more so) but he knows the repercussions aren't worth directing that anger towards someone else. Hope that helps
