This show can be better. The interviewer needs to be more proactive and make it more fun and cheerful. Sounds too formal. Pema Deki seems a very cheerful person and show should instead focus on bringing out their own self than a mere formal interview. Nevertheless, a good start.

Background music too loud, need to change the focal length and angle of shoot. May be a different colours of light might give ur audience a different feel.
