I keep getting a notification telling me my set up is 75% and to press to finish set up. When I do so I get a white blank screen. Any ideas ?? .many thx.

Wow, this is one of the best explaining videos I've ever seen. I bought this phone 3 mos. ago but it's still in the box waiting for me. It is only the 2nd cell phone I have ever purchased (my Galaxy Sky 6 yrs ago my first). I bought it to upgrade my slow, weird sounding Sky but was not really sure if it was the correct one for me. Now I feel much more confident in my decision and will be brave enough to take it out of the box and see if I can figure out how to set it up. The technology can be a little scary if your are an older senior. I really want to see your other videos on the set up and beginner tips. Wish I lived closer to you and I could just bring my phone over to you. ha Again, thank you for an excellent and easy to follow/understand video. Hopefully, I will have my new phone set up this week and see how I like it.

@@jameslomenzo1139 I just watched his other video on Galaxy A13 Complete New User Guide, and it was so helpful! I learned more in one hour from him then I did from a 4 wk class I took for Adult Ed Senior Cell phone class. I learned things I never knew and have fought with for 3 yrs on my other smartphone, and now I know why. ha Tomorrow i will use his video on How to Set Galaxy 13A up, and hopefully, be good to go!

I bought the 5G version of this, it's a great phone. The A12 I used before only had a 2.4GHz wireless channel, and I at least needed a 2.4GHz/5GHz wireless, the 5G model has what I need to be able to watch movies nicely off my Plex home server while I'm getting chemo. Bought it November 2022. I use T-Mobile and I did a speed test while I was out on the 5G, 441Mbps down/ 48Mbps up. I like that, that's better speed than my home internet from Cox, which the speed I pay for is the 250Mbps speed, but I actually get 300Mbps. The price/performance of my A13 5G is excellent, I would buy it again.
