I was from Science stream...after then I decide to go with BBA...but in this one year I faces so many problems with this accountancy subject but when I decide to learn the basics from your channel and now Accountancy is just become my fav subject and All thanks to you Ma'am. You are not only helping the students of hs but those who just switch their streams and face struggle as not all colleges can understand the problems of the students. Hey dear When you will take a look on the question it is cleared that Rs 1000 would be use as c/d figure. So after puting the debit balance in the credit coloumn and deducting the rest of the given values to this, we are getting 2000 as a balancing figure as per question. So Rs 20000 is excess than Rs 1000. The main thing is that you are paying Rs 2000 as a deposit in the bank. So finally you are paying for deposit in the bank. Payment is always written on the credit side. I think you got it.

Here mam problem is not tally but the thing is in the credit side transactions we shouldn't add the 1000 amount bcz it's an amount which has been cld Dr amt is 15.200 nd cr amt is 14.200 15200-14200 is 1000 ( they directly given the c/d amt in the question)
