I have two cats, littermates, a brother and sister. He is twice her size, and sometimes he bullies her, making her cry out. So I punish him. He knows he was bad, and expects it. I yell NO and BAD at him, and smack him lightly. 5 minutes later, he is wanting a snuggle from me, and he is my best buddy. He loves me, and always wants attention from me, even though I punish him for hurting his little sister. So it all depends on your overall relationship with your kitties, my kitties trust me completely. Yes, including liking their bellies rubbed. Even the boy likes his belly rubbed. And he likes being patted roughly like a dog too. Not all cats are the same.

@@kkelleybass That's very true! Like little humans only Better! Both our sons Love and always had dogs. They're always part of our family! My wife and me always had and have cats and dogs and love them the same. Cats and dogs, different personalities same as human children. We had to put our beloved Lilly to sleep last year, 17 year old Pitlab still feel the hurt! She was a fantastic dog very gentle and lovable! 5 years Prior to her our big baby Kiki (aka Kinky,), short haired cat got sick at only 11 years old and passed on unexpectedly!! I keep thinking about them and missing them daily! They are our furry babies and we love them All,,, ALWAYS!!

I have done some things that I learned from your videos. And Scobby, my cat ❤️ loves it. She doesn't like her window seat, she is more at ease sleeping under the windows is a patch of sunlight. Thanks for your videos.

My cat are always with me looking for me or laying, sleeping with me. Like right I'm making a wreath they're here next to me. If I leave the room for something they follow me. I LOVE my baby boy s.❤❤❤❤🐈🐈

Oh my god! At the declawing part I told my cat to not listen. She needs these! I once lost a thumbnail. This thumb was nearly useless until the nail regrew.

I think it’s important to say, that yes, you can make changes in YOUR house/flat, you can turn on your vacuum cleaner, … but not doing it 3x a day, … still vacuuming, hair drying, washing,… is normal and you have to do it. Do be afraid of it only because you have a your lovely little boy. Don’t hurt him and play with him, threat him well and your relationship will be okay.

I get what is said here but what are you supposed to do? Don't get any new furniture because the cat won't like it. If the cat jumps up on your laptop, don't move it just don't get your work done until they decide to move. Really?

@@philwilkinson3428 I get it. We've been needing new couches but worried they'll be shredded in record time. We've had dogs and cats all our married and premarried lives and LOVE THEM ALL!!! We're getting a scratching post and making sure she gets acclimated to that 100 percent and then will get new couches. Far as them crawling over your laptop or computer etc,,, just a firm but calm tone let them know it's off limits. Cats are Highly intelligent,,, MUCH MORE SO THAN MOST PEOPLE!!!!!! Your cat will understand after being told a handful of times and will inevitably understand when you firmly say, No. Some can be somewhat stubborn and will show us humans who's REALLY in charge,,, but like a child, after repeatedly being told No, theyll find something else to occupy themselves. We love them like our children,, therefore we develope tolerances levels and understand their sometime stubbornness. Just love them and they'll love you back!👍

That is a really small space, however cats view their territory up as well as down. So they view the volume of the room as territory. If don't have already, you could get some shelves to put on the walls, beds, and fun things for them to climb on. If you had an outside area you could harness train then and take them out on a walk. Though if you do that you should take them out everyday, as cats like to patrol their territory.

@@joskeet4094 I've caitfied my flat, with a wall cave, stairs, bridges and all. Got a small kitten last night for a visit from a friend of mine. My fur baby ddn't take it well. So it has been a stressful night and day. She even hissed at me for some reason. Feel like I've done some mistakes during the process of indtordiction. Need some advice to get on her good side again.

It sounds like you might need to re-evaluate how you are interacting with your cat. My boy was a rescue, he was unfortunately a neglect case and was pretty much feral. I used to just sit in the same room with him for an Hr a day, with some treats. This was so he could learn that interacting with me was a fun experience. Have you tried something like this? For the rest of the time I left him well alone and made sure he had fresh food, water, clean litter tray, and somewhere quiet to hide.
