WAIT! Sylvia’s children is JianHao and Nicole. Nicole is the elder one, JianHao is the younger one. Back then (6 to 10 years ago), Sylvia had more expectations on JianHao, cuz he is a boy and wanted him to take over the (family) business. Nicole could do whatever she wanted and she didn’t want to be part of. BUT: I’m assuming, Sylvia and Mr Alan had divorced when JianHao was growing up, (if you trace videos back from years ago; you can see majority of the time JianHao is saying GongGong) and JianHao might’ve lived with GongGong more than his mum. My Theory: Nicole was the one to leave, he said Daughter nd by that he meant Nicole. This also means that Mr. Alan IS Jianhao's dad, it's not just the reason that they have the same last name, but it also connects to Jianhao's family history, like people have never seen his dad nd his mom, she left for New York, the bracelet/charm Nicole gave to Jianhao is also the same as Mr. Alan's charm. Maybe when both the siblings were kids, their parents got divorced, and the technology is so advance, they could've been brainwashed or maybe their memories were removed from that point. That's why they never questioned about their dad. And the day of the parents teachers meeting, Walter knew there was something hidden and he promised his parents to not reveal it. FAMILY THEORY : Mr. Alan went to get the milk when Hao and Nicole we're still kids, and when he got back to their old home, the mother of Hao and Nicole a.k.a Sylvia already left the house, Mr. Alan tries to find them everywhere but gives up, eventually he became a businessman running Titan Academy, he saw his father GONG GONG and decides to partner up with him in the evil business, Ms. Regna says school is not a business and GONG GONG gets mad. Mr. Alan sees his children, Sylvia (the mother) noticed this and flew to New York without telling Hao and Nicole, before Nicole left she gave Hao some sort of pendant and the reason she is going to New York, she said that she has been receiving letters that are in cryptic messages, and doesn't know if it's from their mother, she gives Hao the pendant, WHICH IS THE EXACT SAME PENDANT THAT MR. ALAN WORE. Mr. Alan knows about this and when the plan he envisioned with Teverly removing Denise from Titan Academy failed, he goes to his backup plan a.k.a his daughter Nicole, he tries to get rid of Denise because he doesn't want Hao to get hurt like he did. In conclusion, he just wants his family back The father : Mr. Alan, The Mother: Sylvia, Grandfather: Gong Gong. I hope Jian Hao sees this.

Also, if Denise's mom comes to her and see she's hanging out with a boyfriend, Teverly stands up for Denise and explains he is also smart and try to make Denise's mom to finaly agree that she has only 1 chance to NOT study for a limited time and hangs out with Teverly.
