1. Numbing Quietness - Yup people that know me when I am this silent, I am pretty pissed. I also get a certain look in my eyes. There's a difference between me complaining and being exceptionally angry. 2. Remarkable Logical Reasoning - a process of breaking down the issue, how I could have handled it better and where the source of the issue is. How the situation occurred. 3. Inexplicable Composure - when stable, absolutely, but at times I have blown, but it takes a lot of irritation to get to that point. This goes hand in hand with the INFJ Door Slam. 4. Tactical Retreat - If given the option. Don't poke the bear while sleeping or on a time out. 5. Quick Witted Sarcasm - I don't find this works for me, I am just brutally honest and direct, once I have thought of a response. But I can use wit. 6. Unwavering Resolve - Yup channel the emotion in a positive rather than destructive way.. 7. Establishing Limits - good old healthy boundaries. 8. Unanticipated Mercy - forgiveness sets me free, but I don't forget. 9. Delicate Mental Tactics - mmmm I decline to comment. 10. Deep Emotional Insight - EQ helps read people and understand where they are coming from. 11. .Unyielding Focus - Again channel the pain in a positive direction. 12. Constructive Communication - I tend to say, I am going to end this conversation now and why, then I withdraw and break it down, as in 4. 13. Strategic Compassion - Not everyone is worthy of compassion but you need both compassion and empathy to grasp what is going on.

I have to amend point 4. This eve, while reading in a group a question was posed. "Why should we take Luke's word as reliable, credible? or words to that effect. Rather angry at my current situation I sarcastically said, because he's a Doctor! Those who understood laughed. I am often surprised at just how accurate these podcasts are.

@@emmsue1053 I actually break down several of these podcasts. Most are in keeping with the creator, just showing my take on it . The more SIGMAS that break it down like this, the better the creators content is, but I have to say they are pretty dam accurate already. We need to promote SIGMAS, in order the break the cycle of the Alpha's and Beta's, if we want a better more equitable world. There's a reason we are a relatively new phenomena. Break the cycle.

But research is now showing it's the complete opposite, it shows intelligence, insight and quick thinking. And we all need a laugh, don't we! And if you can't laugh at yourself, what's the point.

@@angelm6497 sarcasm was a way of defense for me ... i used to feel an element of victory when my sarcasm triggered someone .. but on the other hand being an empath that person's discomfort used to affect me and then i am having a war with regrets 🤣🤣🤣.... Nowadays i prefer the silent treatment more, cos my mouth is 🤐and it also causes confusion and discomfort within the other party Of course the easiest thing is to detach from people who dont resonate ..... 🌹🥰

@@ash99120 I agree, disengage from those that don't resonate, and as a fellow Empath, I understand the need to protect my energy. I am dealing with a major energy vampire at the moment. Sarcasm was always light relief in the sense that it was about laughing rather than hurting. Usually I address the situation rather than target an individual. Don't confuse the "Silent treatment" with just walking away. If you hear the definition of the silent treatment, as used by Narcs (which is pretty petty), I am sure you mean just zipping it and walking away. 💜

Well if your implying youre something other than female- your personality . If sigma females describes you, then try to overlook the label female. You can be any gender, or any race physically, but not always have the same exterior shell that represents physically gender. But this is more on mentally emotionally nuerological like level and sometimes who we are on the inside gets misrepresented for what parts we got. my ex-husband made a grave mistake that ended up costing me dearly in the end. I dont remember how long it took for me to speak to him but I do remember how badly it scared him because I wouldnt speak to him. I dont think I would even look at him for a long time either.
