If you put the dining table in the middle of that "room" you can't walk past on either side. Standard situation; the house needs to be about 6' wider but that wouldn't fit on the postage stamp sized lot. Priced at $1.3 million for those who are asking.

One thing to watch for in these new houses in Durham is that the "two-car garage" is barely big enough to fit two small compact cars.

UK design baffles me. Flat entry with a two step up inside.* A nice living area island sink does not work in a busy home kitchen. . Stairs with turn to second floor family level* Washer dryer on this level makes sense . The design rules out older families and or those with mobility issues.*

Nice staging and home but not going to get near the $1,299,000 asking, houses around the corner are listed under a million. These are new postage stamp lots not much bigger than a town house. Jan 2022 they may have got close to asking but prices are down $250,000 Jan 2023. Lots of sellers with buyers remorse can't carry these mortgages, when the stock market falls and the bubble burst these places will be closer to half a million. Yes real estate can go down. This seller will be in full panic mode in a few months if they have a million plus mortgage? I tell my kid and her friends who are mid 20's to relax on home ownership for 5 years and convert their saving to precious metals, before all the fiat currencies collapse.
