Yeah I didn't want to drag this on but you're definitely right. For me, I just like that EA is putting unpackable cards as objectives/SBCs. Mendy is a fun LB who feels excellent in game and is good for my Real Madrid squad.

Taking 90 Ginola over 93 Modric would have been a mistake, no matter the chemistry. I saw a guy get a 97, and his lowest rated card was a 92 (on the bench). Ironically, he ended up off chem. I won't break down the ratings, bc I heard you say you don't like to know all the details bc it kills the fun for you. But I'll say this: he only had two 99's!

The game wouldve still let the guy pick some picks before going offline because it lets you do a few things regardless of game mode before it realises you’re not “connected” even though you actually still are on the internet

Hi Nep, I think the players you can get are still pre-determined, but only to a certain degree. It is possible that the Algorithm loads a list of players at the beginning of the draft and then, when you start a Pick, it has some restrictions, let's say only striker for an example. It than randomly loads 5 strikers out of the determined list of players. But still, the amount of "good" picks you can get out of this list, or how many high-rated players are initially loaded into the list, could be somewhat random.

Feel like EA nerfed drafts after adding all the futties cards, I was excited to go for the 130 myself but I’ve done a lot of drafts since and not got a single 129/130 😂

Nep, the only SBC and objective players in packs are the futties cards, it's not all of them

Hey nep thanks for reading my comment. Love the content best drafter by far❤ the fact people are annoyed at you this late into the game is crazy. On the note of the comment it is very similar to trying to trick the game but maybe the game decides you get a certain amount of common gold picks as well as a certain amount of special card picks. Therefore attempting to use up all these common gold picks may almost garuntee at least a special card that can be used for the desired position? Love the content. edit: you stated that you have got all the bad picks out the way then went on to get no common golds in draft 5 so maybe it works?

Regarding your point on pre determined picks, using the cruyff example, what if you took cruyff in the first instance who would show up in the second pick? Well maybe the player who you actually took in the first instant i.e traore would have showed up twice if you picked cruyff. And if you pick traore then cruyff would show up twice as he did etc...

To get a 130 you can basically ignore any card under 92/93 rated because they are too low rated. Love the content and one day closer to christmas

11:31 I have had a draft before and got Roberto Carlos in two different position picks. I wasn’t paying attention and ended up with two Roberto Carlos cards in my draft, however it bugged my draft and i was unable to get into a game (it kept kicking me out of Ultimate Team 🤦)
