These are the most underappreciated hotrods in the world. People need to wake up. These cars are bad ass!!!!!!

that is hands down THE best sounding coyote motor ive ever heard, it sounds like a pushrod motor. thats a beautiful car man👍👍 me and my Dad ran a 72 grabber on the streets here in Detroit, it was a grudge car, 434 windsor, tfs hi-ports with 2 kits, a fogger and a plate. Mavericks are SUPER lightweight, lighter than a fox body. our car went 8.90s at 150+ in the 1\4 mile on 28-10.5s

I agree this founds better than most every Coyote. Guess I am too used to hearing all the horrible sounding modded 5.0 ‘stangs with straight pipes. 🤮

I learn how to drive in my dad’s Maverick when I was 7 years old, on dirt roads. Manual transmission, no power steering. Loved cars since I can remember. He gave me the best gift ever, unintentionally. I currently have a 65 c10 hot rod. Love her so much. Nothing gives me as much joy as driving.

In the early 80's Mavericks and Novas were everywhere but one day I blinked and it was 2023 and I looked around and said to myself, " Where did they all go"? When you see one today like yours they look sick cool ! I like how you made kept yours streetable , that would draw a crowd at a car show and i imagine some young people might see a Maverick for the first time!

Man, so much to love about this build. I like how he did the hood, the wheel combination. The vinyl top adds to the look, kind of sleeper. I grew up in a Chevy household, but I always loved the look of mavericks, the Mustang IIs, and even the Pintos. This thing is sick, I love it!!

The first car I found that I wanted was a red Mustang II Cobra with white stripes . My dad said he'd help me buy my first car. He said no to that. Ended up with a 70 RS Camaro, which I wasn't going to complain about 😆

@@craigr13666 One of the few people that will admit to liking a Mustang II! I was a pre-teen in the late 70s and the II was a nice car. All cars were slow back then. 😕

That is one beautiful and wicked Maverick! Hugh props on the time effort and money put into this build! Looks like you’re really enjoying driving it! In the 70s My first car in high school was a 71 V8 Maverick grabber, black with silver stripes. Loved it ! Ended up buying a 72 Maverick grabber out of Texas that I own now,all stock. At shows those under 40 have usually never seen one.Occasionally I think about turning it into a real street /strip terror lol My current project is a 66F 100 with a Whipplecharged gen 2 coyote ,6r80 and a s550 Mustang IRS.Still love those fast toys.

That is one Bad A$$ Maverick! I love the Mach1 look with the seats and the original Mach console you installed. I had a 71 Boss 351 Mach back in the day and i love the way you affiliated that into your interior. The hood is amazing and the color and stripes on the car are spot on! If you lived in Brazil, you could get an even more powerful variant of the vehicle that was an upgraded Grabber package that had a V8 engine, which I think was a Cleveland 351 engine.
