Thermoset carbon fiber prepreg is a high-performance material used in aerospace.
It consists of a PE film on the surface, a continuous carbon fiber in the middle and a silicone release paper on the bottom layer.
Before producing prepreg we need to produce filmer.
The so-called resin film is to melt epoxy resin and apply it to silicone release paper through a transfer roller.
This production process requires a prepreg coating machine to complete.
