Your son should have very good chances of getting Australian migration. Please ask him to check his options. Migration can be applied from within Pakistan while he is working. I would recommend checking with a registered migration agent. I would not recommend him coming as a student while he has a job. Ask him to get his qualifications recognized etc. I have made several videos on the topic. Please do not fall prey to so called "agents" they will make a hole in your pocket. Make sure the agent is registered in Australia and I have also made a video on how to do that.

If you do not have any experience, I would suggest starting HTML and CSS. Try to get the certificate ass soon as possible. Do some projects on your own as well.
