Matthew Holmgren no beams on the street to show a red light ...so any movement up until the light is a jump. But generally yes at the track depending on a shallow or deep stage he may have been fine

Always race @ night, Install a kill switch on ALL your taillights. It makes it so much easier to dip around corners, slow down without them knowing....etc , etc etc... Motorcycles too.... You just disappear.

his car started to move 2-3 frames before light came on which qualified as a jump with this race's rules. had it been at a strip he wouldnt have left the beams before green and then it would not have been a jump
