Sri Sathya Sai Students (Alumni of Sri Sathya Sai Educational Institutions) are organizing an evening program entitled “SAMARPAN” on the 4th Sunday of every month at Sivam, Hyderabad. It is about re-living those moments spent with HIM, re-connecting with HIM and soaking in the Divine presence. We have an opportunity to listen to the Leelas of the Lord from the devotees who were blessed with Divine association through “SAMARPAN”
The #133 SAMARPAN is being held at SIVAM on the evening of 28th April 2024. We are truly blessed to have in the "Dhanya Jeevulu" series, Sri Puccha Vijaya Sarathi as the speaker for the day.
Sri Puccha Vijaya Sarathi M.Sc. (Statistics) gold medalist, had the good fortune of working in the divine proximity for 39 years as both academic and administrative staff of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning campus at Prasanthi Nilayam. The proximity to the divine has inspired him to become a devotional poet as his natural thinking is in line with innate philosophical meaning of life. He has worked under Vice Chancellors, Registrars and Controller of Examinations of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and retired in January 2023. He is the 3rd among five children of Sri Puccha Dattatreyulu and Smt Puccha Rajya Lakshmi from Vijayawada. His education was from Chennai. He had his first darshan of Swami on the Eswaramma day of 1985 and offered his services via the University in the divine precincts ever since. He takes pride in making himself available to Swami, lived contemporary with Bhagawan and offered his literary skills in the form of poetry in Telugu and English.
Sri Puccha Vijaya Sarathi unfolds his vision of Bhagawan’s mission and leelas in his own perspective through his writings. He was a personal witness to Bhagawan’s utterances to students, faculty and dignitaries in the Sai Kulwanth hall to bring about "Verandah Vahini". His notable contributions are inspired by Swami and wrote thousands of poems and attempted to place Bhagawan before readers with a uniqueness of perspective and anubhuti. He wrote 365 poems in English on Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba titled "Vision and Experience of Truth"; 365 poems in Telugu with chandassu as "Sathya Darsananubhavamu"; a Prose, Poetry and Thatwam as inspired by Bhagawan titled "Athma Thathwarda Ramayanamu"; and many more. He is supported by his wife Smt Radhika who works as Content manager and is blessed with daughter Mridula who lives in Bangalore.
