For 1) how’s he gunna become champ champ when ilia isn’t even the champ and for 2) I can’t believe Sean is even trying that. Knowing damn good and well volk is the man not ilia. it's post produced with sean's footage he recorded with dj's. you cant get this quality live on both sides because one side is interviewing remotely and will lose quality no matter the camera being used

Dabbing during rests in my workouts was a huge recovery method. 3+ hour workout and always felt renewed. I say this now a month into not smoking and little recovery between rests and harder time maintaining workouts. I believe it helps control lactic acid in the body.
