The tracking history proved that the blasted battery reached Hyderabad on September 4, 2023, but Greaves Electric Mobility dispatched a letter on September 1, 2023, while the battery was on the way, stating that this battery was not supplied by Greaves Electric Mobility or its vendor/supplier. 14. Letter dated 01.09 2923 from Greaves electric mobility signed by Zonal sales head North Amit Pant Ji, company denied to support me lied that random battery could be reason for fire ,battery not supplied by company or its vendor. Without analyzing the battery at Hydrabad, they disowned it, meaning they identified their battery and dispatched it from the dealership to eliminate physical evidence. September 2023 our dealership was terminated by company with allegations that we are not able to represent the company at their standreds and have not put efferts for advertisement . Later, from the RTI reply from ARAI and ICAT, it was found that Sieger, Battrixx, and Greaves did not have the mandatory AIS 048 certification for battery safety standards as per CMVRule 124/126 of 1989/1988 from any of the Indian testing agencies. 2 lac of 0 phase batteries running on road like time bombs without any safety norms 19. So many (more than Hundred)of it's battery blast cases reported in others part of India like Rishikesh and Dehradun in UK, Delhi, Roper and Jalalabad in Punjab, Rohtak and Hisar in Haryana, Orissa, Kerla Gowahati in Assam e t.c., evidences are available here .Other so many such cases depressed by company by threatening the helpless dealers and customers all over India. 20. Worst built quality. For extended warranty u need to pay rs. 9000 extra. I am using Magnus ex very worst build quality, but drove 34,000 km till date.

Details of Magnus Ex Battery blast case in exclusive Showroom Nagina National Green Automobile Boderballa Tanda Road Kangra Himachal Pradesh-176001 1. Early in the morning on August 10, 2023, the battery in Greaves Electric Mobility's exclusive showroom started smoking and continued until 5 am. Smoke entered the bedroom on the first and second floors, causing the owner to wake up feeling suffocated. The CCTV footage shows everything clearly. 2. At 5:05 am, the fire brigade was notified while moving down the stairs, which was about 100-200 meters away from the showroom. 3. At 5:06 am, I tried to enter the showroom through the bathroom on the ground floor but couldn't go deep due to the smoke inside. There was no fire yet. 4. At 5:08 am, the shutters were unlocked, and the front shutter was opened, allowing air from the front glass hole for exhaust to enter the showroom. A very small flame was found in the last corner of the showroom, where three Sieger batteries were kept in ideal condition. 5. At 5:11 am, the fire brigade was informed again that the fire had started just now. They said they were coming and arrived at about 10.18 am. 6. The firemen entered from the front side and started fighting the fire, which took about 30-45 minutes. 7. Finally, they opened the back shutter and poured plenty of water over one of several blasted batteries. He asked for an estimated damages report and bus timings to Delhi as he wanted to go back the same day. But after some time, some of his superiors told him to stay and dispatch the blasted battery to Hyderabad for chemical analysis. On August 30, 2023, at about 12 am, he collected 229/240 cells and the residue casing of the blasted battery and dispatched them to Hyderabad, submitting a receipt and report. 13.
