13K street running adventure in Warsaw, IN - March 4, 2012

With CF&E having air problems near the diamonds, 13K had to pull down to the signal and push the button on the box to get a signal. 13K was stopped on the street for 15 minutes and still had to be talked by the signal because the button didn't work.
