They only changed it towards the base, disruptor don't do extra damage if you hit multiple base pieces. Of course it kills units within the beam, it's its whole gimmick.

In Australia it was more the Port Arthur massacre of 1996. 36 casualties, first and only mass shooting in Australia. The Australians pretty much said yeah fair enough and the government brought back and destroyed millions of firearms and put heavy regulations on them. You guys have more than 1 mass shooting a day. We'd be lucky to have 1 in 2 decades

Self-Defense justifications exist in most democracies in the world. Unrestricted firearm ownership isn’t typically part of our rights because most democracies enshrined their constitutions long after slavery was abolished from our societies, which is what the 2nd amendment was created for.
