this definaetly looks old and not a very good floor plan, looks like it was designed by the owner rather than professional architechs. Explains the low price, not easy to market something like this that was built to the unique taste of the owner rather than any cohesive floor plan, nothing matches and the cabinets are dated. It appears different parts of the house were designed and built at different times, it's so random lol. It's just a bunch of rooms, no formal dining room, great room and I'll have to see if there's a master bedroom, just a bunch of random spaces in the main living area, more like a hotel lobby than a home.

This house has a wonderful character and a nice 70‘s vibe to it. Some if the furniture doesn’t really fit in, like in the bar area. But for example the living room with its furniture, the wooden doors and the high ceiling, the bathrooms and a lot other things are just beautiful. I don’t have to mention the building itself. You could modernise some (technical) little features, bit without ruining the character and the 70‘s vibe.

I am a huge fan here of both you gentlemans work, and have seen 97% of your gorgeous estates. In my opinion, this address takes the lead on my list by a country mile ! on my eyes this home is above and beyond the definition of a "home" simply because it feels to simplistic to describe it that way, as the atmosphere just elevates ones vibes and state of consciousness to another realm, I can see and feel the owners objective or desired result if you will in just the staggering amount of thought and passion the owner must have invested on the designing of this property, having non or few TV's around indicates to me that the people that would be living here wanted to adapt that need for entertainment into the home itself in a much more natural and higher degree.

The price is very reasonable. The view is the best in the world. The one thing though is the window treatments are out of date as is the kitchen. Needs about $5 million in upgrades but still worth it!!!! The view is so outstanding.

Most US yacht owners sail on the Atlantic because Pacific waters can get seriously rough! I saw MAGNIFICENT yachts in Nassau, Bahamas! The weather overall is also typically better and for longer periods. They also register their ships there for more convenient taxation!

One of my favorite houses ever! I'm more of a mountain girl personally, but as far as a home near the ocean this is definitely one of the best I've seen for my taste. My only complaints are the kitchen cabinet color (I've always hated that reddish brown wood color), and I'd prefer wood, tile, or ceramic floor over the carpets in some of the rooms. But it doesn't matter what I think or prefer because I can't afford it 🤣 A few aspects make it feel a bit dated but the architecture of this home is so unique, fun, and really cool! I love the indoor garden spaces. The yard is huge and gorgeous. The views are beautiful. Whoever buys this home is so lucky! I'd be happy just to have the guest house 😂 the sky light in the bedroom was so cool.

Music is way to loud, I agree. Maybe same as TV commercials. TV show can have soft sounds or loud like gun fire. TV commercials are technically the same volume as TV show, but commercials use gunshot type of volume.
