Holy heck the confirmation in this reading put me in tears. Just the other day I had a fight with my mom I'm older, but disabled and I really really need to have my own autonomy as an adult, but my mom needs control in some way. She's a Leo just like I am. I know a lot of things she does has to do with her own childhood. I trigger her by just existing. I don't believe she plans out deception she's just stuck as a child. The fight the other day had to do with me asking nicely for her to not do something because my intuition was demanding I hold, but she.dismissed my asking her not to at least a half dozen times and then I got frustrated and blew up and so I'm to blame for not listening to her but that is the script flipped from what actually happened. Just left homeless shelter on the first of February. From October I have had beautiful triggers come up to be seen. I'd been aware that I was playing small… It started out as this little job, I was helping a really lot of people, but the management was chaos, game playing hell, put down city, masks, back stabbing… I was really good at that job and loved the work. I left it on my birthday, what a gift to myself. So now im in the void, shaking the vestiges of shadow off my back, coping patterns revealed/discarded and any trauma that i took on-banished. My choice, im not a victim. I will miss the friends there but its not worth the constant stress of being around what was working in the background... the cost to my energy expenditure always deflecting. The fear propagation was coming from me - I kept saying “ this isn’t about anyone I know “ I noticed it today and had an hour long talk with spirit while grounding, two large birds flew feet over my head as I came to the realization that I simply have been blocking myself from intimacy by sabotaging potential connections that aren’t romantic by making them something they weren’t. I overwhelming sat with it today maybe the most consciously I ever have. It felt as if I was waking up to my toddler self taking the steering wheel, not letting anyone in or close by incase they may, mistreat me. All this time I’ve been like “I’m trying so hard to make friends, why doesn’t it work?!” But looking at it now, any potential friendships with people attractive to me I developed into something toxic to sabotage it. Thank You for this reading. As I grow in my spiritual power and awareness my wife has begun to slip into her shadows. Until now I have always distracted her from them and shielded her. But I have learned through my own shadow work that this was actually harmful. No she feels betrayed because I refuse to step in for her. And this has started an entire cycle of chaos. I have been standing firm in my position, refusing to go back to the old way we handled these things. I have just been patient while not neglecting myself. But, I have been feeling guilty. I know where her fear comes from and I understand her pain. So her lashing out and her fear tactics that she has used to protect herself all these years are in full force. But they are no longer working on me. And that terrifies her. I am praying this doesn’t destroy us. But I don’t want to carry this anymore. I want to be free from pain, from shadow, from heart ache. But she clings to hers. I truly….truly hope she can pull through. This is not something I can fight for her. Editing to add on after listening to the mentor: Holy Cow Batman!!! I meditated last night and had a break through. I have trouble meditating, so I tried something new. All at once my mind was plunged into a depth of calm and my body relaxed. I met a presence that was like a purple cosmos, but it formed an eye that stared back at me. It stayed with me, encouraged me, guided me. And it pointed out the emotional traps I am still facing. Two to focus on: “There is nothing that you owe anyone that you don’t owe yourself.” And then, “Learn to decern between love for your spouse and your desire to heal. Using the wrong type of love to try and heal will only result in you wasting energy.” I’m pretty sure it’s a guide, or my higher self. But it was a calming, patient and understanding presence. Wow. So much confirmation in this for me.
