I love talking about herbs! Basil is a great companion plant for flowers actually. Particularly Marigolds. It's pest control essentially. It's good for root veggies too and tomatoes. And other "schtuff" if you're into that. 😅 Spiritually, I've always used it for tea. It's a plant of love and emotional abundance I think. You can drink it after a fight with a loved one as well. Shared together It's supposed to bring peace to the situation. It's associated with money too but plants don't know what money is. My personal belief is they can't help with that because they dunno what it is. They are sentient in a way. Anyways, medicinally it is rich. One of the richest herbs actually. It's packed with vitamins and antioxidants. It has analgesic properties, so it's good for pain relief. I chew on the leaves for tooth aches that don't require actual work. Plus, I think the holy basil tastes delicious. Oh, and holy basil is pretty sacred in Hinduism. I think it's called Tulsi. But I don't know alot on that subject so I won't speak on it. Actually there is a relationship to money. There are a lot of different kinds of Basil from all around the world. So some has been on the spice road. And the spice ships, it's great for cooking both in fresh and dried form and some especially during certain time periods it depends which one is the most sought after from where how easy is it to grow etc. While in the long ago past salt was thought to be one of the most valuable of the spices and herbs. There were those that in different things felt one type was better than another for, food, tea, healing, prestige even. There are some types today that are harder to grow then other types, just like each has its own flavor, there are some that are super super sweet, sweet basil, there are other types of basil that can be down right off the charts super hot like a hot chili, historically it's basil does travel. The upper crust have always liked to use spices and herbs to show off and to the locals and the other upper crust that they were well off enough that they could ignore the local versions of say basil and get the best imported versions of it. There was one draw back because someone that is used to say a sweet basil, but if they know they are getting basil and it's the pepper kind of flavor they may keep trying to say you lied about what it was. So many stopped telling others exactly what kind of spices and herbs it was and this became a even better game because the one rich person is lording it over another. Spices and herbs can even today be worth a lot. I use basil as one of the ingredients in the herb mixture on my money alter. And yes the one from India was a valuable one. The history of so much would be very different if not for the spices and herbs that came from so many different places. Ya I like to geek out as well 🥰 but I'm usually more on the history side and the very just in this case love to cook and I have a love of history. I got turned onto the place in history where spices and herbs were involved because I fell in love with the silk and spice roads and I grew up in a very multi culture neighborhood. So a lot of different kinds of food and from that came a lot of new ideas and things for cooking. Basil also helps with depression. Basil has a property that is very very special in alchemy. Thank you, Andie! I was interrupted listening to this today. I'll try to get the whole thing in the morning. There's so many interruptions here. They are the only thing that's consistent. I only get parts of what is going on and that's plenty. But, there's a Christian saying that used to drive me batty, even when I was active in church. "Let go and let God." It needed an ending for one thing. It was like ending a piece of music with a minor 2nd in it somewhere. I would run all around looking for a piano, so I could hammer a major chord. But this time, let go and let God was good good advice. I'm really great at sitting on my ass and holding a chair down. It helped me with what I should do, and with all foolishness aside, I really appreciate that!

Thank you Andi 🙏 you have no idea how much you hit on. I have been doing shadow work all year, that has for most of the year cut off my visualization, I couldn't figure out why until, well I got a swift kick in the A-s at the start of the year to stop putting it off there was to much of it put off for to long anyway. I thought it had to do with certain things, but I realized since spirit brought the first thing up, while I know that sometimes we have to make well beyond more than one dive into something. The work I had done over the years about certain traumas as a kid and dealing with certain parts of my family up until stuff that's it's only been 2 or 3 years back. But there was a lot more stuff about things I would have at one time said I was done with it but sometimes it takes a lot to be done and when you are more or less done, well it doesn't mean you forget and it doesn't mean you have found it all. There is also those things you leave behind locked doors and when it's time they will unlock. So while I knew I had a lot more to do I had gotten a he!! of a lot truly done. But I wound it down right before my cancer surgery the last week of October. And there's been a lot going on in everyones lives since then. I have never minded the darkness but sometimes I would be stuck in it more than the sun. But while I'm thankful very thankful it stayed pre cancerous from biopsy to surgery, it's still going to take a long time to truly heal from the surgery and I'm talking the physical healing, I started doing my shadow work with this after my biopsy in in August. I had learned to get out ahead of this kind of stuff if possible and get the majority of the really body your saying FU again. But I stopped doing my shadow work right before the surgery and I had made great progress even got to where I could speak my full truth to hubby about my real feelings and stuff about some BS that happened that came dam close to ending us but we got through so actually I went into surgery with a lighter heart then I had for awhile. Now I was just concentrating on healing after and I'm still healing, this one I knew even with staying pre cancerous it was going to be a long hard road. they can't remove that much tissue that deep and there not be problems and because of what all is involved it has made certain muscles be and stay over tight just a side effect of the surgery. But you don't want stress, stress makes things worse a lot worse because everything get even tighter then. But then we found out hubby was going to have to have some surgery done on his knee, ok. But then my dad called a week and a half ago to tell me he had stage 4 lung cancer and it's spread so there is no coming back from it. There is only starting chemo to try to slow it down, and radiation if it's gotten into the brain. So this has always been a fear that we both had because well he started working on cars when he was 13 and that's what he did his whole life. But asbestos is a great fire retardant and it was used every where in old cars. Even when it was found to be really bad for you they couldn't just stop making cars and so it took a few years after before it really started getting out of cars, it took the longest to come out of breaks if it honestly even had. He will be 78 in February. We have had a rocky relationship my whole life. The last time we saw each other was when my daughter graduated college in 2017. My grandma, moms mom was living with us she didn't pass until November 2021 at a 101. So made the 6 hour trip back home a little hard because she couldn't be left alone, strong of mind not of body. In truth I had mixed emotions about it, we had gotten into a really bad blow up about that time in 2017 right before my daughter graduated. This though I did what he always did because I was just done with everything. I told him he needed to chill or I was going to hang up, he kept up the yelling, I told him again, and that if the 3rd time I would hang up guess he wanted to see now I'm not sure I think his blood pressure meds went off track but who knows I'm not exactly kept in the loop, I hadn't seen him since 2013, or 14 before that and grandma moved in the start of 2015. So the thrid time happened and I hung up, at least my step mother was there for that because like he had been doing the last few days he went from 0 to 60 ballistic that fast I heard her calling his name and asking what was wrong with him. So I hung up, unlike him I didn't call back in 5 minutes and say are you done now. I had been doing a lot of work on healing at the time and had gotten myself out of the loop that time I was working with a trained medical Dr, so the right training that way but also trained in some of the different none medical schools taught stuff. I knew I needed it, it was just one of those cycles and I had so much to work though. What I was not expecting was to be told I was being left anything especially not a life insurance policy worth more than a couple of grand. Still got to love the digs he used at the same time, to be sure to tell me I didn't live up to expectations, like I said was shocked as hell, but it's not something I want to get to fast, at first I had mixed emotions because I have also been doing things about abundance only through the light of our small business, through it growing and not only helping us but also helping others as well, I know everyone makes soaps and candles and stuff but I got into out of necessity. my daughter and I both have supper sensitive skin and I was running out of more and more options, I had figured out the red bumps from being in the sun had been from a soap I had been using. A friend had sent me a couple of bars made by a company in India all natural and my skin finally calmed down, I later found out the person in the shop I had been buying it in wasn't the same person making it for a couple of years that's when I found out that home made goats milk soap could have as much junk, it depends on the base. anyway that's how I was how all 3 of us hubby and daughter as well, were going about things finding vendor events to rent space and set up a booth. So wasn't expecting any of this. It not only brought up a lot of different emotions about us about myself and his siblings as well and they know I gave up on them as long ago as they did me. For instance I worked at Walmart when I went back to work full time and before I became disabled but that wasn't good enough. Fast forward to about 5 years ago and my brother that's 11 years younger starts working at Walmart and it's a big deal especially after he became maneger and hated to burst his bubble actually I hated to burst my brothers bubble our father had of him my brother and I can go long stretches not talking just because we are busy but we made a deal we don't let dad play us off each other and we set him straight when he trys to. so being a department manager wasn't good enough for him, but he was bla bla bla about my brother had to send him a message and let him know what was up and come to find out he'd been trying to tell him the same thing, I'm the one best at getting through. So had to explain to him that yes they do still move their managers as in store, assistant, and ones training to be those all over the place my brother not having to move is because a swing shift manager is the same as a department manager neither is from the higher ranks the only difference is my brothers department is about stocking, they had been switching how people worked especially stockers when I became disabled the end of 07. This was just more of a mouthful to say because they don't have separate shifts in most stores they don't have a day and a night shift it's all swing shift and there's 2 to 4 depending on how big the store is and no one is in just one department to keep it stocked. That's why you can't find anything on the shelf when you need it. Anyway so ya there's a whole bunch you touched on including the message you did this not meaning about dads cancer but I did the work all year, the path I was taking it was still good. The holding myself my child me while doing all my shadow work that's still ok. And I'm greatful for that kick in the but at the start of the year. Because I had finally worked through the trauma of what happened way back when that caused me to have PTSD for the rest of my life, but had always hoped he would rescue me from but it didn't happen, well like you said forgiveness is for ourselves more than anything and he doesn't know I overheard a conversation long ago but I did and I know he knows what happened and I needed to forgive that more than I needed to forgive the person that was doing the harm but most importantly I had to forgive myself and let myself know in my heart what I already knew in my head it wasn't my fault and I did nothing wrong and others that have a problem with me well that's a them problem not a me problem. That's what I had finally come to terms with in my head when I hung up with him, but now I had finally come to terms with it in my heart. So ya just about everything hit that cord with me on this. And gave me some much needed insights, on what I do next let spirit lead the way and what is, it shall be. I know I just trust spirit where to lead my visualization returned as well right before this call. I didn't and shouldn't have it while doing all that shadow work, it makes it to easy to fall into reliving it and a lot of what I was clearing I didn't need to relive it would put in way out of balance again, but I needed it to handle so much coming to the surface again. Energy mind gets tuned lately, all my things from always synthesizing to pull together this thing about which you speak, that's new as that babe in egg image. Just tonight, so long the night, out on a walk I opened and felt the energy. It jumped off from thinking about the solar storm energy and then woosh! It's all about sitting, walking standing doing the basic disciplines these days cause it tunes my inside to be worthy of the coming times. Tai Ji is the set of lessons that prepared me for this, to feel as real the me that is energy and can ride all the way to the Sun and back, and surf the end of Earth's magneto tail now being extended by all the galactic mojo filtering through the Sun and so I guess it's easier to sense now, but I've been training since my teens to conduct the energy so as you say, people now just waking up; you're a torch bearer in this space by keeping us mindful of the energy levels. What darkness? I like the night because then my deeper senses open to a world that's anything but dark. I'm alight inside! As are we all, and we're prone to forget as normal society goes. One must relax muscles or the bigger pulses will either wreck things, or just warp your world as it flows around your field. I let some in earlier and it was wild. Had I not the skills to shut my energy lid and sink into my breath it might have been catastrophic. Heron called to me as the Sun was going down before this night and the lessons are apt. Letting my human be still and allowing the energy to flow as it does brings creative fire to my inner dungeons and healing to my dragon powers. Tuning my human to conduct the energy in public spaces is the thing that' s not ready for battle yet, but with the lights on inside it's great to have the things to do the training to prepare for that. To just forget that you're human and have an identity periodically and get easy with being in that, and being able to come back at will is the skill of the moment. There's always a new set of challenges that sprout every time you step into a new scene with previously untested skills. So it goes. The Fool starts the pack does he not?
