I am pretty sad that Rachel became low tier in BBTAG, and they make the old D became useless,which is her feature.

But that's the thing, her tools is what makes her good. You gotta balance that out. I have been able to completely obliterate even the high tier chars with her. She has great IAD, great zoning, great spacing. If her dmg was higher, she would be broken af

They managed to make her damage worse than vanilla CS1 Rachel somehow _and_ butcher the one mechanic (wind) that made her unique 🙃
