to my knowledge after 5 or 6s you can reproc pta while still in combat. ive noticed this while playing quinn last night

within 5 minutes of buying yuntal i did over 13k damage with it. Idk man

yeah because the damage it shows is bugged. its doing less as i show in the video

did you watch vid? If item says 13k damage enemy is likely only taking ~70% of that (if squishy no armor items) or lower if they have higher than base armor. If bug also applies with non-armor mitigation (exhaust for instance) then in many games yuntal damage will also be inflated. NOT saying item is bad, but definitely not as broken as 13k in 5 mins implies

@@carsunbathing82 By why are you being an asshole? All I am saying is that the item, even if bugged, is still doing pretty good work. In fact, it just feels nice to use even putting aside the DoT portion of it.

@@wackaflcka Maybe the actual tooltip is wrong, sure I will grant you, but it doesn't feel as if it doing any less damage at all in actual games. I think what it is counting is the re-proc'ing of the item and double dipping the damage numbers on the tooltip. Not sure. I haven't had a lot of time today to actually look and test it. Work is a son of a bitch.
