I have to agree that the Dominique Cosmetics Essential palette is one of my favorites too! I really enjoy her formula and think her brand is under-rated. Her concealer and powder are excellent as well.

I agree with you in the glossier. I tried two of the palettes and did not like them at all. There was very little payoff. I was just underwhelmed and sadly returned them.

I would love you to try Mellow Cosmetics quads. I’m finding I’m wearing them ALOT, which I didn’t expect, and I’m normally a Tilbury/McGrath/Denona gal, so you might find them worthwhile to try.

I own ZERO Urban Decay pallets…. My reasoning is ridiculous because I could be missing out on something great .. I have a problem with the rectangular pans … I know it’s silly but I find them annoying… I had a pallet years and years ago it was from the drugstore. Don’t remember much about it except it was a neutral pallet and it had a beautiful Matte Ivory that I used all the time… What happened is the center of the rectangle was down to pan and now I had to shove my brushes up in the corners and up and down the sides to try and pick up product ….. it was time consuming and annoying. I ended up throwing it away with probably quite a bit of that ivory shadow left over, but it was too difficult to get on my brush because it was so skinny up against all four size…. Since then, I don’t give a second glance at rectangular shaped pallets .. I know it’s ridiculous and I’m embarrassed to admit it… But we are amongst friends here ❤️

I love the dark tones in that Nomad palette, if it was my ranking I would have definitely put in on top of the too Faced palettes, but I didn’t buy it cause I do have most of those multichromes and the mattes as well in my collection. For me, the quality matters more than the color story, I only discriminate greys and oranges/reds 😅

The Urban Decay Mucho 😁 that you did that pretty Easter look..reminds me of the Too-faced Italian spritz.. the same color story for less money. Even though you get a lot more shade in Italian spritz, those little UD pallets are a lil pricey at $33 for 6 shades. Considering the Italian Spritz is what? $40 something🤔

Thanks for the ranking. Even though eyeshadow isn’t technically trending, it is still one of my favorite parts of my makeup routine. It feeds my creative side of my personality. With eyes being the focus during the pandemic, with our eyes only showing with masks, it doesn’t surprise me that the face is now the focus. Most of us are simply happy to show our faces. Companies are too happy to sell consumers a wide variety of face products. The possibilities are endless.

I have to, respectfully, disagree: eyeshadow palettes are the only beauty product I own multiples of, and actually buy about 1 per month. Yet, I only own one foundation, one concealer, etc. And these last me for many months. So, actually, I really love watching any video about palettes. Rankings are my favorite. Please do not stop making them.

I jumped on over to HSN to check out that pinky pallet…🥰 If you sign up for their emails, they gave me $10 off ! I paid $12 and change for the pallet …. After I made my purchase, I received a text message that night regarding a promotion, and I simply replied STOP … at the end of the day. I’m getting a $12 super springie pallet before it goes bye-bye and best of all…. I enjoyed seeing all of these palettes, however many of these reviews are just too wishy washy to be meaningful. You love or like it, but you don’t. A stronger overall opinion is what I am looking for.
