14 bird species visit our Velim Birdyard in 10 days!

Hi folks and welcome to our Velim birdyard!
A small welcoming spot for the local birds to splash in and have rehydrating sips of water. Consisting of a square water pond and two water basins of different depths to suit different sizes of birds.
On the first day of installation itself I recorded 8 different species visiting the "birdyard" as I like to call it. It felt very rewarding indeed! The rest appeared on successive days. The birds usually visit between 5:00pm to 5:45pm though some do appear in the morning and afternoon as well. (kingfisher, crows, waterhen, pond heron)
I'm looking forward to installing some more birdbaths at different levels. Hope you enjoy this collection of photos and videos clicked with my bridge zoom camera through the kitchen window! When I get some more interesting footage I will definitely post a new video.
