Back in college some of my classmates (all of us female) were saying about how long it takes them to get ready in the morning. And how much of a slob most men are with getting ready in just 10 mins. All i could think to myself was that i also only took 10 mins to get ready. I take a while to get up but then it's, put the kettle on, dash in the shower to wash body while brushing teeth. Make tea, make toast, drink tea while getting dressed and putting on basic eye make-up,deodorant. Grab stuff and toast then out the door. I just don't see the point in wasting so much time on getting ready.

Well it's a stereotype, so it has to have some merit. I'm guessing that because many people thought of blonde hair in women to be beautiful/desirable women started to dye their hair blonde, but just like today with any other fad, many dumb people would follow it tracking their stupidity to the trend(for lack of a better word), thus creating the stereotype dumb blonde.

That just means that she doesn't fit the stereotype, or the stereotype isn't a true one anymore, but since in my experience blondes (including dyed blondes) are generally less intelligent. And yes there are and always will be outliers, many in fact to a stereotype, like your friend, and others I know, however it doesn't diminish the stereotype, until it's a mass majority.
