IKEA Effect ek psychological phenomenon hai jisme log un cheezon ki zyada value karte hain jo unhone khud banayi ya assemble ki hoti hain, chahe wo perfect na ho. Yeh concept self-enhancement bias par based hai, jisme hum apne effort ki wajah se apne kaam par zyada pride feel karte hain. IKEA Effect hume yeh sikhata hai ki jab hum kisi cheez me apna effort lagate hain, toh uski emotional aur practical value badh jaati hai. It is important to redefine the masculinity as the traditional stereotypes have influenced the rigid nature of males and restrict them from showing their emotional side. It I important because 1. To promote gender equality 2. To break traditional stereotypes 3. To encourage emotional expression in males 4. To not put extra pressure on their mental health because of their expectations 5. Sir Masculinity role is redefine necessary because its change our society and help easily achieve 2030 till SDG goal and developed country 2047 me very contribute. I face masculinity role in my motther house but after marriage my in law house is not accepted masculine role because husband also help cooking ,washing clothes and every house work . Yha tak ki ham ladies ke sath bachapan se hi ye sab hota hai to ham bhi ise sahi mante hai , my husband tought me that man women equal not man more special .

And this biasness can be seen in UNESCO argument But , I thought UNESCO should think About redefination of HUMANE rather than targeting single creature of Nature. Because if inheritance and income earned property right should not be share of both between both of both, if female counterpart really want to be capable? ( Because, many countries girls are seems like a thing of family and drastic in it is women never want to refuse or if she refused,In very case it has seen that she decline family reputation) for eg , Atul Suhas, Jyoti Maurya SDM, and Raymond owner . So, women and man both has to learn and practice ethical values and their responsibility. Thank you 😊

Good morning sir, I have one request sir please provide pdf at the time test start or after 1 or 2 hour in RPP 2.0 so that we can print can make exam environment at home because in digital mode we are not able to highlight the things and result we mark wrong answers. I forward this to student support team but they reply not possible. I do not know what is not possible in this. As per my experience I have never found any satisfactory answer from support team.
