I am sorry but can someone explain to me how certain charges can be made ?? I mean driving without a seatbelt, is not strange in a car, but last I checked golfcarts do NOT have seatbelts. So how can one be charged for driving without seatbelts, if the driving is done in a golfcart, that by definition as no seatbelts ?? Seems to me a trumped up charge, unless someone can explain this in any other way.
