Is it ideal to lay flat on your back on the floor without a pillow under your knees when you sleep or with a pillow ? I'm unable to fall asleep on my back due to back problems , however, I seem to be most limber when I just lay flat on the floor with just a blanket and pillow under my head. In other words , my flexibility / range of motion is getting much better because I work vigorously on my posture daily.
