It did happens to me or even to my wife to see him naked.. my wife has advanced first aid background and she had to take his pants down after cutting himself by his thigh.. every parents saw their kids privates once and it isn't a big deal really for us.. but i understand it can be stressful for a teenager to be scare to show themselves that vulnerable. It take time to tame their own body

In fact, there is quite a lot of evidence to suggest that shorter people live longer than taller people. That may be a reason why women live longer than men on average. Centenarians are almost always on the short side. There is a gene ( FOXO3) which short people are more likely to carry than tall people and which helps to protect them from the effects of aging. Doctors will deny the truth sometimes if it's something you can't do anything about because they want you to take responsibility for your health and not have any excuses for not doing so!

Teenagers will continue to have these genital check ups at least until they are 18 years as they can only see pediatricians and not regular doctors. Once they turn 18 years old and above, they go to the regular doctors and very often they start to get less of these types of checkups down there, but it will depend on each physician as some of them will check for them and some will not do it. However, if you go to a city hospital, forget it, it is a guarantee they are checking everything including down there.

im pretty sure its normal, most hospitals require it to check certain areas for possible disease or to make sure the kid is just healthy and see where they are with puberty. Well it happened to me last time i got a physical checkup at least

Even if the guy doesn’t seems to be uncomfortable or embarrassed. This is not the case with “most of them” 1.what did she solve looking at his pubes? She didn’t even check for hernias or bumps. ??? 2.- what did she solve telling his parents “hEs STaRTinNNn pUBErty ?? Here you go some recommendations, (as an European urologist) 1.- teen years are the healthiest (you will never be as healthier again) 2.- the amount of boys among 10-20 yo with testicular cancer are ridiculous and I my experience most cancer cases are found BY THE PATIENCE when they feel a heavy testicle, a bump or pain. 3.- asynthomatic hernias are not a major concern. 4.-please think in the MENTAL HEALTH of your patience, most boys have a hard time when you are performing this embarrassing exam. Even worse if you are female and have 2 chaperons in the room ( are you really scared of a 14 yo boy ???? ) BUT if your Americanism still hard in you and you need to annoy boys this way to let them play sports There are many ways to help a boy patient IN DEVELOPING ( super uncomfortable ages) to be sure is healthy without embarrassing him To check for hernias and bumps 1.- put a gloved hand inside their underwear with all his clothes in place ( we can feel any a normality) 2.- for “developing” I don’t know why you need to check for that is not a standard in any part of the world, but you can simply Explain “in private” how does it looks like and if he feel comfortable with it. There a limit age when you can really help a boy to reach at least an average size ( if that was a problem ) 3.- please stop seeing your pediatrician when your boy is 8-10, they have a very obxinous way to check tennagers 4.- don ever let them unbutton, undu, or drop your pants, that has so many sexual connotations. If requested always do it your self. If possible standing 5.- a well check of the are takes less than 1 minute. 🇺🇸 doctors evolve please.

OMG.. seriously.. kids over 10 should stop to get full checkup.. i hope you realize that between the age of 0 and 5.. kids has the biggest growing phase and than the 2nd biggest, between 10 and 12. Doctor doesn't need to drop the kids pants down to check if his has foreskin issues or obvious abnormal testicules growth. U didn't even realize that she tickle him to see his nerf reflex as same than his penis nerf reflexes. If the kid's penis doesn't even react or move by just a quick look.. than doesn't react either after gently touching it.. well it show a huge issue or abnormal behavior leading to huge consequences if not treated quickly

In retrospect, if a male patient requests a male provider, male nurse, or male technician, he is ostracized, ridiculed and punned; male patients are NOT accorded the same considerations as are accorded to female patients pertaining to their modesty and privacy and that indoctrination begins early in life. This from a 2012 medical publication regarding Patient Modesty and Privacy Concerns pertaining to sports physicals and genital examinations: "Adolescents in particular deserve utmost sensitivity for genital exams, especially for their first thorough one. While this is recognized for girls, it is RARELY mentioned for boys even though every practitioner must be aware of boys’ embarrassment. Parents will often accede to their daughters wishes for gender preference and will prepare their daughters for what to expect; boys are RARELY accorded the same consideration..." The above was provided last year in response to the continuing prevalence of PUBLIC sports physicals whereby the boys were examined out-in-the-open and in the presence of female school staff and female student athletes [and the girls, who did NOT undergo genitals examination, were routinely allowed screening].
