I hope he lives up to expectations,we've seen la massia producing teen talents each year and making their mark in la liga and in Europe,same goes for ajax. That is where arteta and arsenal draws the line. Only unai Emery believed in the kids and gave us smith rowe and saka that we celebrate today. Under arteta the kids are looking to grow elswhere because they are not given opportunities. I wont be surprised if obi martin,ruell walters, Ethan and likes of biereth seek moves elswhere

Please stop spreading this false narrative, Arteta is the one who put Saka at RW and Emery played ESR 97 minutes bro... Also, when a team improves the standards improve which means less opportunities for academy players, not everyone makes it, the club is there to provide them with a pathway and an education in football so that they can have good careers as footballers, not necessarily as Arsenal players. Thousands of kids don't make it, are we supposed to lambaste the manager every time a kid doesn't play for the first team?

Odegaard type of player but more direct. What worries me is the fact that Arsenal are losing way too many promising academy players each season. Something must be done to stop that..
