Hello. This video has just been recommneded to me by the youtube algorithm. Since you're from Ukraine and I from Romania I suppose there are many similarities while working at sea. One of them being that working at sea is one of the only ways of getting a good income without going into politics, being a high level government employee or being a business owner(which might necesitate you be as involved in local politics as the mayor). So I would like to ask you some questions. As such, I will start with just these two questions. What are some of the challenges you faces because you originate from eastern europe? On the ship, which position would you believe is best taking in account all possible factors? In my personal assessment, the ETO tops the list. Do you agree?

@Anton43218 Hello 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 I rarely answer questions, but I couldn’t ignore yours, as it is competent and relevant. I agree with the ETO position 100%. But a good ellecrician is a great find these days. Unfortunately, we often have a big problem with this rank. Problems I encountered in mixed crews: -Incompetence -Alcohol abuse -Loss of subordination
