Ste have these little reactions to Brendan that are killing me. He knows that Brendan can change in a moment and become violent. He did that in the past. So Ste doesn't know if he is going to get beaten when Brendan shuts the door which is why he says "don't..." It's horrible. Loving someone that can hurt you.

I think my favorite part in this episode was when Brendan said "If you take me back.." there's just something so vulnerable about putting it that way, instead of saying "if we get back together.." It's like he's putting their entire relationship in Steven's hands, when usually it was Brendan making all the choices for both of them. But now, he's truly letting Steven choose whether or not they end up together, and I fucking love him for it!

I liked the "l love you, Steven" (not as much as when he whispered it) but here, i liked it more when he was like "I want you. Tell me you want me" Plus this when one of the few times (in the early days) that Brendan allows Ste to take control in the kiss

When ste says "don't" you can just tell that he's barely hanging on to saying no. It gave me shivers. This was a huge huge episode for B. Seeing him actually this vulnerable in front of Ste? For once he wasn't holding all the cards and it was brilliant. Also, notice how suddenly the whole Noah thing seems like ages ago? *sighs happily*

Brendan singing Lady Gaga was priceless. And the whole scene with him and Ste...beautiful, like poetry. I could feel everything. It was like I wasn't watching two actors. I felt like I was getting a glimpse into a genuine relationship. Kieron and Emmett are amazing, their characters just come alive. It was so nice to see Brendan cut open like that, so vulnerable and showing his cards. I truly believe he was completely honest with Ste for once. Unfortunately he still has a long way to go

I started this already knowing how their story is going to end so I know that this isn't going to last but I'm going to enjoy it for the ground-breaking moment that it is. These two have gone through so much and this moment is equal parts heart-wrenching and beautiful. You can see how much Ste wants to mean what he's saying but you can also see how much he wants and loves Brendan. Bren is finally saying what he's always wanted to hear but the things he's done along the way are still too fresh in his mind. And I think Brendan, for all his deviousness, really wishes he could let Ste go because he knows that a life with him in it isn't going to be an easy one but he's too selfish and too in love to let him. I've been in Ste's shoes and it is HARD. Logically, you know what you SHOULD do and you know what you'd advise someone in that same situation to do but in the moment when it's happening to you, there are just too many things weighing down on you to simply do the "right" thing. The right thing is rarely ever the easiest. I find myself commending Emmett and Kieron again and again for their unbelievable chemistry and this is the best yet. It's so rare to find two actors who mesh so well, be it man/woman or other but these two are so in sync that you can almost wonder if it was real (I know Emmett is straight but how explosive would they have been together if it had been real?). It's a shame it has to come to an end but all good things must, I suppose.

We're all still hoping that when it's time for Ste to leave that Brenden will come back and they run away together. Which I pray is soon because the way they have written Ste since Brenden's departure, anyone can see He's missing a part of his soul.

Ste's a HOT mess right now and I know Kieron said he has no plans of leaving any time soon but with the way Ste is being written, I don't see why he'd even want to stay much longer. I'm also disliking this "throw gays together for the sake of having a gay-ship" thing, which is what Ste and JP are to me. In earlier years, previously established hetero characters were all of a sudden becoming bi or coming out of the closet, now it's just smush people together to give them something to do. The quality of the writing has really fallen over the past year.

I think Kieron might get fed up soon. Because of Emmett Scanlan' scheduale they could bring Brenden back gradually. Like have Ste get a Letter or a phone call from Brenden to let Ste know there's a chance of him getting out. And then if they want make a deal to have him appear like one episode a month, at least that will keep Ste from getting involved with anyone else. Because this relationship with JP is ridiculas if you ask me. JP was with Ste's father before that's sick right there. And as far as Ste's drug addiction there's only one person who can get through to him. But before that they need to get rid of a producer by the name of BK, he apparetly has a grudge against Stenden

Nancy Cottone I heard about him(?). That he has a grudge against Emmett for leaving. But I mean..that's the nature of soaps. Some people last decades while others move on after a few years and Emmett is way too talented to stay until the show ends or they decide to axe his character, which they never would because he brings a calibre of acting that just doesn't exist otherwise. They should be thankful that he even said he'd come back for Kieron's exit. The ratings would rocket then. The problem is, the minute Emmett and Ste ride off into the sunset, the ratings will bottom out again. Oh well..that's their fault for having such crappy plot-lines. I think they need to clean house. There are too many people who have been on the show for far too long and no one really cares about them. They're the same old faces doing the same old things. It's tiring. There are also a lot of characters with potential that they don't utilize effectively. They need to inject new blood to get viewers excited again and invest in more creative storytelling for the characters that are already there.
