I am surprised not much of traffic on this gem of a channel. Cool videos!

Love your stuff. Did you ever think about doing a 360 degree video? You'd be able to look around a little better. Either that or bring a diver like this guy.

I have had to deal with the Goliaths and Barracuda on the reefs off Stump pass. They love the snappers. I have a question for you. I enjoy your videos and have thought of using an underwater camera of some kind to help me find structure and some new fishing spots...away from the man made reefs....with all the predators. When coming up with a video system did you ever consider the Aqua-vu underwater cameras? I have only looked on line at the specs and have watched some Utube videos. The units are similar to a laptop with a line and camera attached. Some units have a 75 foot cable and some are 125 feet. I usually don’t go deeper than 100 feet. I wonder how clear the view would be...especially at 100 feet. I realize water conditions are a factor. Cost is about $800 or $1000 depending which unit you buy...one has the longer cord. Have you ever had a fish eat your camera? These units also have an HDMI out if you ever wanted to record some video. My main purpose using the unit would be to locate structure which holds fish...and snappers are my favorite...and I like chasing Triple Tail too....different program there. If you get time let me know your thoughts. I love seeing the fish swimming around and the type of bottom they hang out in. Keep up the good work.

That's insane you didn't land a single mangrove with how many were down there. Insane all those grouper and shark. Next time I go out I'll bring some chum just in case we run into a situation like this. 30 jigs! holy cow that must've been infuriating. great video as always, cheers

You should see how bad the shark problem is in Jupiter and a lot of south east fl. They’re literally attracted to boats at this point. Definitely has something to do with the shark feeding industry down there.

define light tackle as in line weight and jig weight if used , and did you got out that far alone or was the other boat out there with you . wondering because of single motor.

Light tackle as in less than 20-pound test mainline, 20-30-pound leader. 20-50 I would define as medium tackle. On slick calm days there are tons of other boats out 50-miles so we felt perfectly safe. Of course we have necessary safety gear, radio, EPIRB, etc.
