I am glad to come across Mr. Kakar, he apeers to be very articulate, thoughtful and knowledgable person. It was pleasure listening to him. I am from Karachi and suffers from same discrimination where I be denied jobs because I have domicile of Karachi and my merit does not matter. Where a Punjabi SHO or a Sindhi DC will be ruling over me and an institution being called KPT (Karachi Port Trust) has no vaccancy for Karachi domicile. Shame on this system, where by political engeniering we have PPP mayor in Karachi and the true voice of city was cornered.

Wow! Listening him for the first time and agreed to every word he said. There are multiple points that Army and Government needs to understand to include Baloch people in representation of their province on fedral forum. They need rights to represent their own Baloch people in assemblies to take the development of their region by democratic process rather than placing people on orders who control and overpower people living in that province, abusing & misusing power positions to benefit themselves. What Army need to do is dismantle the colonial ways to control & rule & make new reforms within Army to put an end towards colonial ways of ruling and controling people. Balochistan must be represented equally as any other province in National Assembly & Fedral Government. What Pakistan actually need is reforms on every level. Military, Judiciary, Beurocracy & Governance and new & equal representation of every province including Balochistan, Kashmir, West Punjab as they are most neglected places due to less population and representation in National Assemblies. This is the reason other provinces develop and work for their people while these remain improvised. The deprived feeling make them revolt towards the system and the anger forms insurgency & reaction on which results in control through force.

I think this should lead to a more concrete effort (and a follow up video) discussing: 1) How inherent incentive towards bigger provinces is generally handled in other parts of the world? 2) How natural resources of provinces are distributed in the neighboring/other countries? 3) What exactly is model of using natural resources of all provinces? Compare it with 2) 4) Can we come up with a mechanism to define a concrete "fair share" on some principles? If it can be done and that analysis is made public, may be most parties could agree to that. Or if they don't, we can either update the model with new point of view or identify who is at fault. 5) The insurgency and counter measures are a chicken and egg problem. I doubt an Army person is formally taught to handle things in a colonial way, its just that the don't see any other visible way to handle insurgency. 6) How do countries with similar terrain generate revenue?

Sir I have question u said small group of people and different terrain regions can prosperous rather than disaster. Why Baloch people can't do a big change rather than voluntary group chase. Like there are several places that can be built for revenue and income generation. Educational institutions. These are basic utilities that can be organise to show your self trend.
