True, but also, it wouldn't be that hard to fly a helicopter in battlefield the way it's actually realistic to fly them. In real life our pilots aren't zipping around doing barrel rolls and constantly unleashing ordinance on people from within a couple hundred yards. Battlefield (the game) piloting is harder because it's unrealistically arcadified to be much more fast-paced and entertaining. Not saying it's bad, just saying that's why it's so much more difficult because you're doing things that you would get kicked out of the military for doing in real life! 😂

Great pilots know the danger they are in at all times. But great AA guys know all they need is to scare them long enough so they can secure the objective. Great gameplay but the enemy infantry guys were holding A1 and A2 the majority if the game. What a great match.

Its a pity that TOW in bf 2042 is much slower and not that movable comparing to bf4, what makes it almost unreal in hitting choppers and jetts :( but the game is awesome, i love how you dominate while whole the server is locking you, not against bots like other KZbinrs.

Gaining some altitude and diving will give you some speed, but overall the attack choppers are just slow and clunky.

Yes! You fire it and then it takes maybe half a second until it can start controlling it. It’s kind of an art form trying to determine where it’s going to impact based on your distance from target and the missile’s velocity.

Yes! I changed it so pitch and yaw are controlled by my mouse. It’s often referred to as “rifle aim”

aahh . . . 'glad' to see the meta for flying a heli hasnt changed, run in, bomb, run away with flares back to your side of the map . . . i mean to be fair theres nowhere else to go when your being pursued by missiles but. i complain because A i suck with helis, B im not great with tanks, C im a decent enough infantry player who since playing battlefield 3 has hated playing against good / tryhard heliplayers. like seriously, what can you do about it. but theres always that rare, fine line between good player yet fun to fight
