At 31:40, I thought that C_u should be connected between the gate and the drain, not the drain to ground.

This is Common Gate Amp. Gate is ac ground. C_u is connected corretly.

At 23:00, do we have two poles and and no zero here? But isn't it true that number of poles and number of zeros are always equal? Can we say we have two zeroes but they are at infinity here? Please correct me if I am wrong. Also, does "zero at infinity" tell anything more?

Well, it is conventional to not count the zeros (and poles) at infinity. So we are not counting those.

Could we say that time constants are decoupled from each other (and therefor can be factored) when they have no shared (or common) resistance in their individual time constants?

You have taken N th order system but the number of Poles you have taken N'(5:52).... So, is it true that order of the system = Number of Poles? Apart from that, you have taken Number of Time constant = Order of the system (19:03)... So, what is correct? Another doubt is: Who is greater? Number of Time constant or Number of Pole

In general, there is NO one-to-one relation between the number of poles and number of tie constants. Rather N_poles
