Makes sense to move into a Marina for the winter, far more comfortable with all the services to hand.

We don't like marinas I am afraid. You might as well live in a house with all the neighbours you have. Where we lived in Ilfracombe we were not overlooked at all so we would find this hard. We actually have loved it on the canals in winter. There is no one around and when the sun shines it brings power in for the solar so its a win win. We love being in the middle of nature and couldn't think of any other way of living. Winter cruising isn't for everyone but we have thoroughly enjoyed it and will be doing it next winter. Take care Zack wherever you are.
