Wow... I get arthritis pain just looking at the details in that tile work! I can only imagine what the artists hands felt like upon competition of their work.

The tile work and the tiles themselves are works of art. When we modified our kitchen work area we had a good time choosing hand crafted tiles and many from the area Leland is visiting. The art work shown today is over-whelming especially to anyone versed in the Dada Art Movement. ☘

This is amazing. The tile work, probably hand painted is beautiful. But the gold leaf application work in walls, columns & sculptures is breathtaking. Only people with a refined spirit like yours, can appreciate the wonders you can see in Holly places like these. Thanks for your effort during your vacation time, is very much appreciated. Greetings from Mexico City

Mr. Sklar; That was a beautiful and reverent video. I am glad I could share this with my fellow Catholics. Saint Roque in Italian is Rocco; where we get the name Rocky from. In short, that is Rocky Balboa's Parton Saint Church. Again Thank You for sharing. And beautifully done too. Sincerely in Xto (Christo) Mike B. B. From Philly, P.A. U.S.A.

Good morning, Lee! 😃❤️ The artwork and tile work here is incredible. I love the quiet stillness as everyone is truly admiring the beauty around them. Just think of all of the craftsmanship, time, and history there. It almost reminds me of The Newport Rhode Island mansions I go to every year. One of the rooms in The Breakers mansion was constructed in France, dismantled, and put together in that mansion exactly the same way as it was in France. Europe has some of the most exquisite art I've ever seen, as well as architecture. The artwork here depicts so much history and emotions. I bet you could draw pictures from what you see here. Just think of the time it took to put that all together and the meaning behind it. 🎨 I'm so glad you're taking us on your adventures. 🇵🇹 I'm off to the Basketball Hall of Fame and to the Big E Fair today! Have a great day, Lee and Maureen! Love you, both! ❤❤🇵🇹😃

Mr Sklar , I've often wondered what it would be like to be transported back in time to witness the construction of old , majestic buildings and i can't think off hand of a more suitable creation than The Church of Saint Roque in Lisbon ,Portugal that i would have loved to have been on site during work . My goosebumps have goosebumps .....
