I dont understand that kind of rules... Which is the purpose? Is like all the time 1 combo -then grapp and after ground. Stop and start again the same loop.... It s huge interruption to let tye fighters get rhythm and flow... This is what I think/ see , is why I am asking why that rules? There is something I don't realize. :)

Kickboxing with freestyle wrestling, but once you taken down or pushed off the platform, you start over again. The rules are complex but pretty common. Yongmudo is similar but simpler. Silat is similar but very strict about how you takedown your opponent
