Look into cases of ppl that have been exonerated, you dont even have to be at the scene- for the court to "prove you guilty beyond a reasonable doubt". Basically in my opinion the young lady was dating one of the men behind her mother's back and that's how she got the cellphone. The man she was dating didn't know about her age and when he found out he didn't want to get arrested so he panicked shot her. Or he did know and she threatened to tell people. R.I.P to the young lady regardless this situation is sad.
