Athumanesar Ministries was established in the early 1970’s by Apostle D. Asirvatham in Tanjore, India. Having experienced conversion at the age of seventeen, he spent a small part of his life as a teacher in a state school, before receiving God’s calling for full time ministry. He then started organizing healing crusades. By the early 1990’s, the church grew up into one of the largest congregations in Thanjavur.
Eventually, through God’s leading, he formed small prayer groups starting with Tamilnadu, Karnataka and the rest of India. Each of these small prayer groups across locations, gradually started developing into churches , led by Pastor’s who were personally trained by Apostle.D.Asirvatham. All the Pastor’s are put through years of disciplined training in order to make them truly understand that leading a life for Christ cannot be luxurious.
Frequent Pastor connects ensure that all of them share the same vision, that is aligned with what pleases the Lord Jesus Christ. As the years passed by, huge groups of people started getting associated with the Church after hearing about all the testimonies and miracles that the Lord Jesus Christ was performing. Currently the Church even has branches over UK, US, Malaysia, Singapore, Srilanka and Ireland.
Athumanesar Ministry is growing through the deliverance crusades and fire chariot fasting prayers continuously.
