Only one thing that I would like to suggest is first floor lay out should be changed. formal sitting or hall should be in.palce of kitchen with open glass door to balcony and kitchen in between hall and bedroom.This will improve light and ventilation. Rest is superb...❤

I have seen several such videos where drawing room is on ground floor and the rest of the house is on first floor. The rest of the house opens directly to the gate. How does this ensure security??

Hi Bro.. can you pls create a house plan with something unique indoor play area like badminton court ( in basement they playing means fours side are covered by glass we can see them in stairs ) and in terrace cricket pitch like Turf cricket now its very famous...no designers ever created that usually as a house owner we don't want swimming pool n home theatre but if its play area definitely useful...
