Ojukwu owes the Igbos and Nigerians apology. Aburi was a venue to discuss end of hostilities. Ojukwu turned it into a grandstanding event where he can display his Oxford credentials. Nobody sent anyone to Aburi to rewrite Nigerian constitution which was violated by the Igbo soldiers . He signed an agreement that he has no power to enforce. That is the definition of stupidity.

Everyone has right to self determination. We were never a conquered territory and if Kosovo could get their independence from Serbia and South Sudan from Sudan.
