hey man, do you think Mage is S tier meta? I mean looking at this video fire mage is below ret and unholy pally.

Mage is really good, its just a mix of me being bad, but also its triple dps. I think that its really hard to keep up with classes that can super specialize in AOE like ret, dk, warlock, or spriest. Fire mage is able to make up for the lack of aoe in ST. Even in super high keys, the fire mage gets gaped by the spriest. You kind of have to throw away thinking about overall and look at how you can help clean up a pack (focusing highest health target or dangerous mobs). @@fluffytoadz I see, yeah coming into this patch i thought firemage would own everyone in AOE. =( Btw at what level key do you think I should go ignite instead of flamestrike?

​@@whamzhang1805 Yea, this was an issue I was struggling with too. I think there are two ways of thinking about it. first, do you want to acquire overall or not. If you do and you are running triple dps, then playing flamestrike is fine. I don't really like flamestrike personally because it does not give 4 piece as quickly (flamestrike does not count towards the stacks for your free PF). The other option is how do you feel going into your keys based off of your previous ones. For example, if bosses start feeling like they are dragging on too long, like if you are doing 3rd boss of HOI and your team feels like its dying to attrition, then maybe its time to swap to ignite to help burn bosses faster. Sorry I can't give a super resolute answer like "At keystone 11 you should use ignite", but I hope that this helped you narrow down your choice. Let me know if there is anything else :)
