Risa, when we hit this age, the shoulders like to freeze. The discs like to bulge and I think it is so hormone related and inflammation related. I have been doing hormone replacement and high pressure hyperbaric chamber therapy with glutathione Ivs prior to treatment days. It has been a game changer. I have also added PRP treatment on my neck and face on hyperbaric days. (not soft chamber). No, it isn't cheap, but it has helped me so much. Sitting in a chair and recording a lot in your profession aggravates those discs along with the phone. Tech neck also causes that neck to start to really lax. This combination has helped with all of it. Sending love and perimenopausal/menopausal hugs in the 50 zone. We need all the help we can get!

My trick for using the root cover up spray is spraying it on a large flat shadow brush and paint it on my roots. Gives way more control where I put it. After it dries, I put a shine spray on top of it

I have blonde/light brown hair and like the results better when I use a fat pointy tipped brush to apply the boldify type powder, rather than the puff. I can be more precise and it helps to not have the scalp be as prominent in thin areas without totally covering the blonder highlights.

I have actually had my nipple covers for over a year. I wash after every use with delicate soap and)or disinfectant with alcohol in a pinch. Everyone and their mama has those BV earrings, so I never wanted them 😂

I can't recommend Cakes Body reusable nipple covers. No adhesive! Reusable. I live in the Caribbean and bras are the worst in the heat. These feel like nothing. Slap them on, take them off without a painful pull. Soap and water clean and ready for the next day. Best yet, they are designed to be completely invisible under clothes. No weird nippy shape. They are a total game changer.

I tried those and I could NOT get them to stick! I was in cold hotel room getting ready and they fell right off. I even took another hot shower to see if they would stay once my body was a little warmer, but nope! I was so bummed especially since I didn’t bring a back up plan with me.
