They also added in supply drops that can occur randomly and meteor drops too. A new pal spawns with the meteor, which can be caught, and you can mine the meteor. The supply drops can sometimes contain those potions from the medal merchant. I got two potions from a single one that increase my carrying limit. Went from 800lbs to 1000lbs. Hostile humans spawn with it, but I was able to grab it and go on Jetragon. I'm glad they made it so you don't have to dismount in order to open it. Multiple items too. You can pick and choose which ones to take, but I just take them all

For base building, they added the ability to snap foundations to the top or bottom of a staircase, making multi-level base building much easier and more cohesive.

Being able to set pals as favorite really helps me not lose my pals when I sort.

i think my fav part of the update is now when you a desolving pals in to new pals you dont need to hit the cap to combine them now u can just combine all you have and it will remember how many you have combined in to that pal and you can add more as you get them so you can free up storage space

What i really want is a palbox base specifically for raids... hate having to sacrifice a whole base just for a raid. I tried putting my palbox way up in the sky and almost killed blazamut ryu, but then he destroyed the foundations down below and i forgot about the 2 space thing for structures above...

@@nutzanxd I have more than I need with three permanent bases and one temp base... My temp base is on an oil field and it only has oil pumps/power and basic necessities. When I tear it down I only have to disassemble the 2x pumps and 2x power generators (you want one of the new power generators per pump for 100% extraction) and the rest is trash I have stacks of. It is ran by 4 Nocternal/Work Slave/Artisan/Serious Orseks (all 3 stars) and The rest are guards (also Orseks but set to defend/transport only). I will dump other pals in that base just for passive exp. I built all my worker pals before ever starting on my end game attacking armies because IV's don't matter for work speed and if you don't have the glasses it's often wasted effort to invest in an end game attacker that could be a 0/0/0

That's no more than a avarage update review, expected hidden details. Like, with some pixelhunting you can put double crude oil extractors in one source.

Certainly hope they add more base building facets like double doors, garage/bay doors, hatches, half walls, grates, right angle and equalateral triangle foundations, and maybe even paint or wall papers. There's certainly a lot more I could add to that list as well.. Other than that more features for dedicated server hosts would be nice. A world/map editor would be handy for things like adding in more resource nodes, merchants, bosses, and possibly even dungeons and POI's. As for a cosmetics cash shop, I'd be all for it. I've certainly purchased tons of cosmetics in other games like Rust and Warframe. Community made skins/cosmetics would be all the better as well. (Much like Rust and Warframe have) It could also allow for community/private server to have their own unique skins on their own worlds as well. The game certainly has a lot of potential, and I'm anxious to see what the future holds. I'm investing some of my money here soon to build a dedicated server for the community I game with on Discord. (Along with a few other games too)

AAA have been awful for decades. The fact that any AAA franchise would use RED4 is idiotic in 2024 considering it has garbage portability the Unreal engine has been around since the late 90s. Not a single AAA can make a playable VR game that isn't a variant of dance dance revolution/beat saber. Most gamers need beefy computers to run AAA games because AAA game code is absolute dogshit --not because the game is particularly amazing in any way.

Using pillars you can build them yourself. Alas, they don't have prefab bridges like you're suggesting, but you can use pillars to build support in places you previously couldn't.

I know I'm probably the minority, but I played so much during it's release, that jumping back into feels like like homework. I'm not sure if I'm alone here, but I practically did everything possible before including removing all the Fog of War entirely from the main map by flying around.

It's naturally-spawning structures, not base structures, but they do appear in the game.

The pillar feature is such a game-changer to not need a foundation on the ground to support a roof tile. The glass wall tiles make for much better windows, I just don't know if they're much weaker than the stone or wooden walls given that they're supposed to be made of glass. Maybe they're more like a plexiglass? I suppose it doesn't matter, I'm just glad there are better window options now!

Not much reason to, they're always at the churches and their inventory never changes even between each of them. The churches always have a warp pretty close so it's not like with the marketeers and wandering merchants who have changing inventories and are hard to get to.

In order to unlock hard mode I mean. The Zoe hat and other hats are rewards for beating the tower bosses on hard mode

They did that in the Bellanoir update with the Fruits that boost a Pal’s stats by 10. Sakurajima makes them buyable with Dog Coin.
