This is such a great explanation and great to know behinds the reason why we were asked to do these daily chores. These things to be part of early education so that generations will know instead of questioning everything they will follow with understanding and respect

Pranam devi. Lack of words to express gratitude. One day somewhere in future, these explanations of our sanatani habits based on universal truth will reach and change lives of all bharatiyas bringing them back to sattva.

Thank you very much for teaching the Hindu dharma. Please also make a series on Purusha Dharma Paddhatih so that I can teach my son. Please also provide any authentic references or resources for Purusha Dharma Paddhatih. I also appreciate your calm tone and pure Indian accent, making everything very clearly understandable.

Namaste. The rules for men are covered as part of Varna Dharma, and should be learnt from acharya-s who can guide boys/men in their svadharma.

Wow. How much there is to even the act of cleansing ourselves... so many things we did without really understanding the subtler reasons! Thanks for these videos!

Namaskaram Sinu ma'am, I have few questions 1)When we sit aside during menstrual time we are told not do any work. Also study. So what should we do?like sitting simply is not working. How to engage ourself 2) Today we use plastic to brush our teeth and a chemically manufactured toothpaste. In substitute to it what did our ancestors use? What was the toothpaste used back then. Also about the soaps and liquids that we use during our bathing. What was used to clean our body when bathing? 3)What cosmetics were used before. Today we see a lot of cosmetic products manufactured which are very harmful to both the environment and us. What cosmetic products did women in those days use? Please do answer my questions

Namaste. Your questions are answered in the chapters of Rajaswala Dharma (Menstrual Regime), Dantadhavanam (cleaning the teeth) and Sringara. You can read the book Stri Dharma Paddhatih to know more or wait for the turn of these discourses.
