15. Bennie And The Jets (Elton John-Live In Saratoga: 7/25/1982)

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!!! It is time for the first concert of the new year to be uploaded! This concert was requested quite a few times, so I'm gonna upload it! This is a great show--everybody is on fire--putting in many high-energy performances. The quality is pretty good overall (there is alot of digital noise throughout, though), and since this came from a soundboard, we can hear the whole concert! Elton's vocals are superb tonight, and he sings an epic version of "Teacher I Need You!" How does this concert compare to the Kansas City concert (which was two and a half weeks earlier)?

Sounds like ole Clive Franks must've had some of the good stuff Elton had as well, this appears to be one of the few times (that I've heard, at least) where he misses the tape delay coming back from the solo.
