yo dude go to mods-> settings-> then turn on dev mode with that you will have access to all levels, avatars and even the nimbus and spawner by opening the small menu on the left joystick it helps get to places and with the nimbus you can turn on phase with i think b on the right controller

Go to settings in the main menu turn on developer mode and you should be able to switch the scenes

You mean the big crablet? In Ascent, in the section where you have to crawl through the small tunnels as bingus, you eventually come to a room with a grate as the floor. On the right wall, there is a cabinet with the capsule in it.
